Hi Everyone!
Please read my new devotional that is now being published at http://christiandevotions.us/tag/judithriddle/. It is a true story that happened to my son and I. I believe you'll get a kick out of the story. And please let me know what you think. Thanks much!
Blessings,
Judy
wow Judy that's so cool! I love that God used your son in that way. I pray for my kids too to have a real hunger for God and that he would use them, whatever they choose to do in life. Thanks for sharing :)

Hi Judith -
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of letting lights shine - yours has shined on your son.
Praise our Lord that He used your son, and continues to do so. I'm glad, too, that your pastor was on board.
It is a testimony, also, that you raised him in the Lord. We reap what we sow - it is obvious that you sowed in good ground, and now your seed...
Glory to GOD!
Thank you, Judith, for sharing this.
How blessed is your son to have a mother who knows and follows God. There is nothing better than a good example. May God continue to bless you and yours in your walk with God, for you surely bless others, including me. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteJudy,
ReplyDeleteIt is always moving to see the Lord working in the heart of a young child. They serve Him with purity and not pretense. To me, the greatest thing we can do for our children is to nurture them in the ways of the Lord. This investment pays eternal dividends. May your son abound in his love for the Lord.
Blessings,
Frank
I love seeing God use younger ones to be examples for the rest of us. We have 2 teenage girls in our student ministry that came back from our summer mission trip and raised $11,000 for a charity to provide clean water....God doesn't look at age when He wants to do great things.
ReplyDeleteThat was such a precious story! You know what I liked about it, too? That your son had courage sitting next to someone else that he admired. Isn't that the way with us, too? If we could just picture the Holy Spirit, RIGHT THERE with us, giving us courage and boldness...
ReplyDeleteBe like children - thank you Judy for sharing this story about dear, dear Miles.
GOD BLESS!
